At 230 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles east of Anderson, or near Honea Path, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include… Belton, Honea Path, Due West, Donalds, Shoals Junction, and Ware Shoals.
