* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…The Rolling Plains and the far southeastern Texas Panhandle. * WHEN…Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – An additional round of thunderstorms is expected overnight. These storms will be capable of very high rain rates, and storms may train over the same locations repeatedly. This will likely result in flooding, especially in areas which received heavy rain earlier today.
