At 729 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northeast of Big Cedar, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Le Flore County.

THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS Some thunderstorms are possible through the afternoon and evening in the vicinity of Skagway and the Klondike Highway. Thunderstorms over these areas are possible as convective activity moves W from northern British Columbia into the Skagway and Klondike Highway. Wind gusts of up to 40 kt may be possible with some of these thunderstorms, along with brief but heavy downpours.
