An earthquake of magnitude 3.8 occurred only 3 minutes ago 27 miles south of Kalifornsky, Alaska, United States, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a shallow depth of 15 miles beneath the epicenter near Kalifornsky, Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, USA, around noon on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, at 1:09 pm local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
A second report was later issued by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), which listed it as a magnitude 3.6 earthquake.

A magnitude 4.4 earthquake near Fort-de-France, Martinique, was reported only 23 minutes ago by the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake, considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at a shallow depth of 29.70 km beneath the epicenter in the afternoon on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, at 5:22 pm local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
