At 939 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE…Radar. IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include… Yuma, Martinez Lake, Fortuna Foothills, Kinter, Blaisdell and Ligurta. This includes the following highways… AZ Interstate 8 between mile markers 13 and 22. AZ Route 95 between mile markers 32 and 41.
