Potential for minor debris flows in and near recent burn scars. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 917 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Acton, Santa Clarita, Northridge, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, Chatsworth, Universal
