near Nongthymmai, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya (223.8 km NE of epicenter) [Map] / Very weak shaking (MMI II) : I was at bed and the stuff around was moving. Nothing much, the quake lasted less than a second only | 3 users found this interesting.  

Alampur, West Bangal (282.3 km WSW of epicenter) [Map] / Weak shaking (MMI III) : I was studying on my table, and suddenly table as well as the chair on which I was sitting started shaking, then upon checking, I see my bed had also shaked a little. Although, I guess the magnitude was very low and effect only lasts for few seconds. | One user found this interesting.  

Berhampore (237.8 km W of epicenter) [Map] / Light shaking (MMI IV) : I was just sitting on my bed it started to shake so fast I thought my brother was shaking it but when I saw out the window I saw the hanging cables were shaking and when we asked our neighborhood they said they also felt their bed shake even though they have only 1 story house | One user found this interesting.
