Narrow bands of lake effect snow will continue to stretch across portions of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, southern Oneida, Otsego, Susquehanna and northern Wayne counties. If traveling, watch out for rapidly changing conditions in and out of these bands, including snow covered and slippery roads. An inch or two of fluffy accumulation can be anticipated within the heavier bands, which will also contain some blowing and drifting snow and occasionally low visibility.
