* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of central North Carolina, including the following county, Edgecombe. * WHEN…Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1011 PM EDT, The heavy rainfall has ended. Residual drainage may continue the risk for minor flooding for the next hour. Between 0.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Tarboro, Princeville, Pinetops, Macclesfield and Conetoe.
