* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE…Elk, McKean, and Warren Counties. * WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The blowing and drifting snow will make it a challenge to keep roads cleared.
