Rain has begun to changeover to all snow and starting to accumulate on grass and elevated surfaces. Snow may become moderate in intensity at times, reducing visibilties under a half mile. Most roads will be wet, although during the period of moderate snow some slick spots and slushy accumulation will be possible on roadways. If traveling, slow down and increase the stopping distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
