Across Far Southwestern Kinney County along highway 277 received 2 to 5 inches of rain earlier this morning. Over the past hour 0.5 to 1.5 inches of rain fell south of Laughlin AFB and this activity could move into the region in Kinney County where that heavier rain fell earlier this morning. – Additional rainfall
