* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of north central Nevada, including the following counties, Eureka and Lander. * WHEN…Until 1115 PM PDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 712 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are expected over the area.
