* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…Guam and Rota. * WHEN…Through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Locally heavy rainfall is expected for Guam and Rota due to Tropical Storm Fung-wong, (32W), passing near Yap this evening. Rainfall of 3 to 4 inches has fallen so far, with a possible 3 to 5 inches possible with locally higher amounts possible over Guam and Rota through Friday afternoon. – http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
