Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 944 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly near the Winnemucca Mountain Burn Scar area. Between 0.1 and 0.2 inches of rain have fallen. – The Winnemucca Mountain Burn Scar is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.3 inches
