* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…The island of Kauai in Kauai County. * WHEN…Until 330 PM HST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 1220 PM HST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain across Kauai.
