* WHAT…Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of northeast Texas, including the following counties, southeastern Bowie, east central Camp, northwestern Cass, central Morris and southeastern Titus. * Until 700 PM CST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 353 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Texarkana, Wake Village, Nash, Daingerfield, Naples, Redwater, Maud, Omaha, Rocky Branch, Cason, Douglassville, Marietta, Bryans Mill and Center Point. – http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
