Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 513 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, from the Sierra Vista area southeastward towards Hereford and Palominas. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, especially in the Hereford area. – This includes the following streams and drainages… Babocomari River, Slaughter House Wash, Spring Creek and San Pedro River.
