* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of northwest California, including the following county, southwestern Humboldt. * WHEN…Until 700 AM PST. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 137 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are expected over the area. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 132 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
