Temperatures were hovering near freezing in far northeast Oneida County from the Remson to Woodgate area with light rain moving through. Patchy freezing rain will be possible until early evening. Heavier rain will begin between 6 and 7 pm as temperatures rise to the mid 30s ending the threat for icy roads. If you are traveling in northeast Oneida County watch out for slick spots on road surfaces early this evening.
