Localized whiteout conditions are possible due to falling and blowing snow creating visibility around 1/4 mile. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Lake effect snow bands will push across the Twin Ports and down the St. Louis River Valley through this evening. Localized snowfall amounts in excess of 3 inches are possible, especially in higher terrain.
