Mostly at high elevations. * WHEN…Until 6 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS…Wind gusts will be particularly strong along windward ridges. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The strongest winds are expected after dark.
