At 221 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Lazbuddie to 4 miles east of Littlefield to 6 miles west of Reese Center. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include… Lubbock, Littlefield, Abernathy, Hale Center, Olton, Hart, Earth, Shallowater, Anton, Cotton Center, Fieldton, Spade, Halfway, Reese Center, New Deal, Smyer, and Springlake.
