At 643 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers and thunderstorms with gusty outflow winds along a line extending from 22 miles south of Wendover to 12 miles southwest of Utah Test and Training Range South to 13 miles west of Dugway Proving Ground Test Range to 17 miles northeast of Partoun. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include… Dugway Proving Ground Test Range, Fish Springs Wildlife Refuge, Utah Test and Training Range South, and Callao.

At 544 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20 miles northwest of Ibapah, or 25 miles northeast of Lages Junction, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern White Pine and southeastern Elko Counties.
