Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE…Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range. * WHEN…Until 8 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters and hikers may become disoriented and lost due to low visibility in falling and blowing snow. Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead to slick road conditions.
