In New Jersey, Ocean and Coastal Ocean. * WHEN…Until 8 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS…At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coastal flood advisory is primarily confined to the back bays of Barnegat Bay, Rehoboth Bay, Indian River Bay Inlet, Jefferson Creek, and Little Assawoman Bay through Friday morning’s high tide cycle.

* WHAT…Saltwater flooding. * WHERE…Upper Florida Keys. * WHEN…Through this afternoon. * IMPACTS…Saltwater flooding of low elevation streets and lots is expected. Some storm drains will overflow, and some seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that persistent puddles are almost certain to contain a mix of saltwater. Even outside the windows of high tide, little ponding relief can be expected in the Upper Keys.
