Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 716 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. – Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.50 of an inch are expected over the area.
