* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…A portion of south central Wisconsin, including the following county, Columbia. * WHEN…Until 945 AM CDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas which also includes low lying roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 633 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. – Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Portage and Wyocena and the eastern portions of the Township of Caledonia and adjacent areas.
