ESFSEW The expected rainfall amount for Thursday is no longer expected to be sufficient to cause flooding on the Skokomish River in Mason County. While it is currently expected to rise, rainfall amounts now suggest the crest will remain short of flood stage. Please monitor the latest river forecasts from the National Weather Service for additional information.

Areas of fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile or less in parts of northwest and north central North Dakota this evening through tomorrow morning. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate by late tomorrow morning.
