Position Summary

The College of Engineering at Michigan State University (MSU) invites applications for a tenure-system faculty position in socially responsive and community-focused engineering that focuses on expanding access and opportunity. We welcome candidates whose research and teaching address societal challenges, improve accessibility, and foster inclusive solutions that benefit diverse communities. We especially welcome applications at the rank of Assistant Professor, though outstanding candidates at the Associate or Full Professor level are also encouraged to apply.

The Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering (CCEE) and the College of Engineering at The University of Alabama (UA) invite applications for multiple tenure-track positions at the rank of Associate Professor in the area of Water Resources Engineering. Expertise of particular interest includes field hydrology, sensor technologies and platforms for water resources monitoring, multilevel water observation and edge computing, artificial intelligence for hydrologic observation and analysis, and integration of water observations with hydroinformatics tools for data management, processing, and visualization.
