The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Steady snowfall will begin this evening and intensify Monday morning. A period of heavy snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour is likely on Monday morning. Some mixing with rain is possible at times, especially near Whittier.
