At 1102 AM EST, a lake effect snow band was located along a line extending from near Johnsonburg to near Bellefonte and State College. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. Locations impacted include… State College, St. Marys, Bellefonte, Kane, Park Forest Village, Cameron, Woodward, Boalsburg, Wharton, Keating, Pleasant Gap, Lamar, Lemont, Emporium, Zion, Belleville, Houserville, Milroy, Centre Hall, and Renovo. The snow can accumulate at a rate of one inch per hour or more in this lake effect snow band. Be prepared for hazardous driving conditions.
