* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…Humacao, Juncos, Las Piedras and Naguabo. * WHEN…Until 930 AM AST. * IMPACTS…Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 818 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 513 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 803 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
