* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following county, Hitchcock. * WHEN…Until 1000 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 325 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated additional slow moving showers and storms moving towards the area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen earlier this evening. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Additional flooding is possible along the Frenchman Creek in northern Hitchcock
