* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE…Humacao, Juncos, Las Piedras and Naguabo. * WHEN…Until 830 AM AST. * IMPACTS…Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 629 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. – Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility to around a half mile or less through 9 AM on the eastern side of the Prairie Coteau, from around Lake City to Interstate 29, between the Peever and Summit exits, to near Clear Lake. Low visibility could make driving hazardous. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
