Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE…Kent, Ottawa, and Muskegon Counties. * WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow.
