The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University invites applications for a part-time lecturer to teach ME 41: Engineering Design II, a junior-level, three-credit course offered in-person during the Fall 2025 semester.

This course focuses on machine applications, component analysis, load analysis, free body diagrams, analytical modeling, finite element analysis, failure modes, stress concentrations, failure theories, machine design component selection, applications, materials, and loading conditions.
