The School of Computing at Queen’s University invites applications for a teaching- and education-focused, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, with specialization in Computational Intelligence and applications in Software Engineering and/or Cybersecurity. The preferred start date for the appointment is January 1, 2026.

This is a teaching-focused appointment with a primary focus on delivering exceptional undergraduate and graduate education. The normal teaching load is five courses per year (approximately 70% of the overall workload), with the remaining time devoted to research/scholarship and service.

Multiple post-doc positions are available in the Dynamical Systems Laboratory (DSL) at the Center for Urban Science and Progress, Tandon School of Engineering, New York University, in a wide variety of research projects that are signature scopes of our multidisciplinary research group. We seek independent, motivated, and creative individuals to conduct fundamental research in the theory and application of complex systems. Candidates will make important contributions to one or multiple research projects supported by our several ongoing grants (see DSL: Active Projects).
