The Directorate for Education and Human Resources (EHR), Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE) at the National Science Foundation announces a nationwide search to fill temporary Program Director positions. The Aerospace Engineering Department is inviting applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level. The positions will begin in August 2025 – Fall semester. The responsibilities will include teaching a wide variety of courses in aerospace engineering, with a primary focus on teaching and conducting research in at least one of the following areas:

Aerodynamics: Both Low- and High-Speed Aerodynamics with special interest in candidates with experience in theoretical and experimental Hypersonics. Aerospace Structures: With a special interest in candidates with experience in theoretical and experimental aerospace structures.
