The UNC Charlotte Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor starting in August 2026 for position #001808. While candidates with expertise in all areas of electrical and computer engineering will be considered, particular emphasis is on computer systems and design aspects that enable real-world AI applications, including hardware-software co-design for machine learning, learning-enabled computer architectures, cloud and edge computing, hardware security, embedded systems, and systems software.
