The Department of Mechanical Engineering (MechE) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA seeks candidates for faculty positions starting July 1, 2026 or on a mutually agreed date thereafter. We seek candidates who will provide excellence and leadership in research, make substantial contributions to undergraduate and graduate education, and contribute to the growth of the MechE community.
