The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Florida A&M University-Florida State University College of Engineering is pleased to invite applications from highly qualified individuals for teaching faculty positions in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Tallahassee, Florida. This position is at the Teaching Faculty-I level, but well-qualified candidates will be considered for a higher rank.

We are interested in candidates with a background in Electrical & Computer Engineering, particularly in areas such as Electromagnetic Fields, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Capstone design projects. Other areas of Electrical and Computer Engineering will also be considered, particularly if they complement the department’s existing strengths.

Percent time: 100%

Anticipated start: Spring 2026

Position duration: The initial appointment is for two years with the possibility of an extension based on performance and the availability of funding.
