Just 3 minutes ago, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck near Homer, Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, USA. The tremor was recorded early morning on Monday, July 14th, 2025, at 4:18 am local time, at an intermediate depth of 87 miles below the surface.
The event was filed by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the first seismological agency to report it.
According to preliminary calculations, we do not expect that the quake was felt by many people and did not cause any damage. In Pedro Bay (pop. 42, 30 miles away), Anchor Point (pop. 1,900, 50 miles away), Diamond Ridge (pop. 1,200, 61 miles away), and Homer (pop. 5,500, 62 miles away), the quake was probably not felt.

If you felt it, report it through our site or app right now!
