Water affects County Road E63 north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads in Buena Vista. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 8:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.1 feet. – Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 8.3 feet Wednesday, August 20. – Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
