FFWAMA The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for… North Central Deaf Smith County in the panhandle of Texas… Southeastern Oldham County in the panhandle of Texas… * Until 1215 AM CDT. * At 907 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 inches in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
