* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE…The Lower Keys * WHEN…Until 930 PM EDT. * IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 817 PM EDT, National Weather Service Meteorologist detected heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area.
