At 1245 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms continue to produce heavy rain across western Fannin County. Radar estimates between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen in the past few hours in the Ravenna and Ector areas. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
