At 515 AM MST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms located 16 miles north of Globe, moving northeast at 30 mph. Conditions are becoming more favorable for the development of additional thunderstorms. Some storms may become strong to severe. Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail will be possible.
