HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Red Willow County.

* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE…Southern into parts of central and much of eastern Iowa. * WHEN…Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – Very heavy rainfall is possible tonight with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour possible. Total rainfall amounts may exceed 5 inches in some areas.
