In Virginia, Virginia Beach. * WHEN…Through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS…Breaking waves of 3 to 5 ft combined with onshore swell will result in rough surf conditions and a high risk of rip currents. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

It may sweep swimmers off their feet, making it difficult to return to shore.
